Description

NI-ELVIS 3.0.2 is the driver software that supports the National Instruments Educational Laboratory Virtual Instrumentation Suite (NI ELVIS). NI ELVIS uses LabVIEW-based software instruments, a multifunction DAQ device, and a custom-designed benchtop workstation and prototyping board to provide the functionality of a suite of common laboratory instruments.

NI-ELVIS 3.0.2 is an upgrade to NI ELVIS 3.0 and contains the NI ELVIS soft front panel (SFP) instruments, LabVIEW Express VIs and SignalExpress steps for programming the NI ELVIS hardware. For more information on NI ELVIS features and benefits, click here. For more information on what is new in NI-ELVIS 3.0.2, refer to the readme file.

NI-ELVIS 3.0.2 installs NI-DAQmx 8.7.1 by default. If you do not want to install NI-DAQmx 8.7.1, you must disable it from the feature tree.

Instructions d'installation

To install NI-Elvis download and run the self-extracting executable NIELVIS302.exe.
This will install NI-Elvis 3.0.2 and all necessary driver files.

To conserve disk space you can delete your extracted files. It is recommended that you keep the extracted installation files in case you need to add features from the NI-Elvis distribution in the future.

Notes d'installation

The NI-ELVIS 3.0.2 installer is packaged as a self-extracting archive that will automatically launch the driver installer. By default, files are extracted to C:\National Instruments Downloads\NI-Elvis\3.0.2\ and can be deleted to conserve disk space. It is recommended that you keep the extracted installation files in case you need to add features from the NI-Elvis distribution in the future.
