To install, unzip TestStand - LabVIEW 8 VIs.llb from TestStand 4.0.1 Deploymentutility VI Locking Patch.zip and replace the file in TestStand 4.0\Components\NI\Tools\Deployment Utility\TestStand - Build VI Distribution\
