Description

NI-RFSA version 2.1 for Windows Vista / XP / 2000.

NI-RFSA 2.1 includes the following new features:

• Support for the NI PXIe-5663 RF vector signal analyzer
• Support for the NI PXI-5600 RF downconverter in downconverter-only mode
• Support for the NI PXIe-5601 RF downconverter in downconverter-only mode
• The NI-RFSA Soft Front Panel for the NI PXI-5661 and NI PXIe-5663

• NI PXI-5663 RF Vector Signal Analyzer
• NI PXI-5661 RF Vector Signal Analyzer
• NI PXI-5660 RF Vector Signal Analyzer (Vista x86 / XP / 2000 Only)
• NI PXI-5600 RF Downconverter
• NI PXI-5601 RF Downconverter

Note: The NI-RFSA installer package installs the NI-RFSA driver API for use with the PXI-5663 and PXI-5661. It also installs the ni5660 driver API for use with the PXI-5660 in LabVIEW. The NI-RFSA driver API does not currently support the PXI-5660. Use in a C-based ADE requires programming with separate NI-Tuner and NI-Scope driver calls, with both drivers installed by the NI-RFSA installer package.

Minimum Application Development Environments:

You can use NI-RFSA in the LabVIEW and LabWindows/CVI application development environments (ADEs). The minimum versions of these ADEs that can be used with NI-RFSA are listed below.

• LabVIEW version 7.1*, 8.2, 8.5, or 8.6 Full Development System or Professional Development System
• LabVIEW 8.5 or 8.6 Real-Time Module (not supported with NI PXI-5660)
• LabWindows™/CVI™ version 7.1, 8.0, 8.1, or 8.5
• LabWindows/CVI Real-Time Module (not supported with NI PXI-5660)
• Any C compiler capable of calling a 32-bit DLL
