Motioneering - Windows - version 5.2.1

Description

Motioneering is an applicatin which allows the user to determine the correct stepper motor for their application. Motioneering has a simple graphical interface in which you can define your stage/physical system and then have Motioneering determine which motors will be able to provide the torque and speed needed for your application.

Install Notes

WARNING: Anyone who (a) has installed a previous version of Motioneering, (b) has saved project files within motioneering he or she wants to retain, and (c) chooses to re-install the full-version instead of taking the recommended path of running the patch update, should (1) export the project files before running the installation utility and (2) import the project files into v5.2.1. Failure to heed this warning will result in the loss of the project files.

NOTE: When installing on Vista, users will need to be logged in as an Administrator in order for the controls to be properly registered.

NOTE: Upon initial execution of the program, the "Systems list" and "Size system" windows will not show any category and/or system option selections. The application default setting for these windows is "Servos" and "Brushless systems" respectively. Changing these selections to "Step Motors" and "Steppers" will populate the screens with the appropriate option selections and the new settings will be saved upon closing the window(s).
