Fixed Issues in DIAdem 11.0 SP1
Fixed Issues in DIAdem 11.0 SP1
The following list contains the CAR IDs and the descriptions of the problems solved between DIAdem 11.0 and DIAdem 11.0 SP1. Use the CAR ID to check in the list whether the issue has been fixed.
General
| 124012 | The example files Generate_TDMS_File.exe and GigaLV_StreamToDisk.exe did not execute, because they were compiled with a LabVIEW version that was not compatible to the LabVIEW Runtime Version that installed with DIAdem. |
VIEW
| 118104 | DIAdem did not refresh the VIEW channel table if you deleted values using the shortcut menu. |
| 131501 | If a VIEW layout contained several highly-compressed videos, DIAdem sometimes crashed, because the Codec could not synchronize the videos fast enough. |
ANALYSIS
| 114084 | In the dialog box for configuring the Rainflow results, the labels RPC (Rainflow) and LCC (Rainflow) were incorrectly interchanged. |
| 115518 | Contour line calculations (command MatIsolinesCalc) sometimes executed in infinite loops if an isoline value was identical to the z-value of a relatively large, perfectly flat surface section. |
| 123638 | In the FFT subdialog box Time Intervals, the Interval length textbox was too short. |
REPORT
| 113790 | To calculate the full-load curve of a characteristic diagram, DIAdem did not use the partial load points with the highest y-value, it used the upper range of the convex hull. |
| 117094 | In number-oriented mode, curves in 2D axis systems sometimes disappeared if you displayed waveform channels with legends. |
| 120944 | You could not always delete all the entries of a color palette configuration for a 3D axis system. |
| 125043 | If the data of a 3D axis system was matrix data, the z-labels of the points displayed only the values of the first z-channel. |
| 131309 | You could not cancel some of the parameter dialog boxes if multiple-line text was entered as a text parameter. |
| 132075 | During curve transformation in DIAdem REPORT, additional empty list view entries sometimes appeared in the Data Portal when you refreshed the window. |
DAC
| 123077 | If block diagrams included alarm blocks, and DIAdem VISUAL was open, DIAdem sometimes displayed an error message by mistake after you closed a connection dialog box in a subblock diagram. |
| 130261 | When DIAdem saved a block diagram, it changed all the labels in the DAC block "Status" to lower case. |
| 132109 | If a hardware error occurred during a measurement, only constant measurement values were returned, but no error message appeared. If an error occurred during a single point measurement in the NI-DAQmx driver, for example if USB hardware was disconnected from the computer, the driver stopped communicating with the hardware, but DIAdem did not display an error message. Subsequently, the driver returned the last valid measurement value that the hardware had transferred to the driver. The driver has now been modified so that if this error occurs, the driver generates NoValues as the measurement values in all the affected channels. To prevent measurements with other hardware from being affected by these situations, DIAdem displays the error at the end of the measurement. By monitoring the measurement values for NoValues, you can react to these kinds of situations while the measurement is running. |
| 132111 | If a measurement was terminated with the <Esc> key and stored the data in a DAT file or a TDM file, in certain cases no DAT header files or TDM header files were created. However, the binary files were created. Now, the associated header files are always created. |
| 132256 |
If a measurement saved data in a TDM file or a DAT file, data was sometimes lost if a stopwatch was used in the block diagram, the stopwatch was connected to the clock input of the storage block, and the data was saved channelwise. If the data was stored in the Data Portal, this error did not occur.
|
| 133300 |
If a measurement saved data in a TDM file or a DAT file, data was sometimes lost if the binary file was larger than 2^31 bytes and "No file initialization" was selected, in a clock system. If the data was stored in the Data Portal or "No file initialization" was not selected, this error did not occur. |
SCRIPT
| 116101 | If you assigned "Novalue" or "NV" to a channel value as a string, for example, ChD(1,1) = "NoValue" instead of ChD(1,1) = NoValue, DIAdem converted the string to zero instead of NoValue. |
| 117762 | If you used the functions ChnFind and ChnFindReverse in the Calculator during the recording mode, an additional command line with incorrect syntax appeared before the correct command line. |
| 130147 | If you registered many DataPlugins, DIAdem SCRIPT opened slowly. |
| 133047 |
The commands "UserVarReset()" and "UserVarFree()" caused a runtime error that aborted scripts containing these commands.
|
| 133304 |
If a vector contained only NoValues, the ArrayToChannels command generated a numeric channel that contained zeroes. The command now generates a channel that contains only NoValues. |

Installation Instructions
Please close DIAdem, copy the self-extracting file into the main folder of DIAdem, and start the self-extracting file. The Service Pack copies all files to the appropriate folder. The installation program overwrites earlier files.
Install Notes
To install the DIAdem service pack write access on the DIAdem program folder are required.
