NI-DAQmx 8.0.1 is the latest measurement services software for your data acquisition and signal conditioning devices for Linux

The following main features were added in NI-DAQmx 8.0.1:

  • NI LabVIEW 8.6, 8.5, and 8.2 support in addition to LabVIEW 8.0
  • Support for Mandriva 2008 and 2007, and openSUSE 10.3 and 11.0

Installation Instructions

Installation instructions are included in the README above. Distribution specific instructions can be found in the Linux Users Group in NI Developer Zone Community. Instructions for non-supported OSes can also be added at that location.

Install Notes

The NI-DAQmx installer is packaged as an iso file. After downloading the iso, you can mount it by typing the following as root: 

mount -t iso9660 -o loop NIDAQmx801f0.iso <mount location>

Where <mount location> is the location you would like to mount the iso.
