Description

This software is the mandatory update for Driver Station for the FIRST Robotics Competition Software 2013.   

Version 3.0 of the Driver Station Update for 2013 contains the previous updates in addition to updates to driver station charts to correctly log and display packet trip time.

Version 2.0 of the Driver Station Update for 2013 contains mandatory updates to FMS communication.  It is necessary to have installed before competing at an event.

Installation Instructions

  1. If using the Classmate computer, log on as Developer. If using an alternate computer, log on as an administrator or as a user with administrator privileges.
  2. Download the update file from above and extract the files.
  3. Double-click setup.exe and follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

 

Install Notes

There are 3 mandatory updates for the NI FIRST Robotics Software 2013 and they should be installed in the following order:

  1. LabVIEW Update
  2. Utilities Update
  3. Driver Station Update
