Upgrade for NI-Motion 5.2.x to 5.2.7

You must have NI-Motion 5.2.x to install this update. It is not a full install by itself, and requires a previous version to install over. To install this update, download the NI-Motion 5.2.7.exe file, and then run it.

Rare Encoder Glitches
---------------------
Under very rare circumstances, the encoder feedback returned erroneous results. The firmware has been updated to eliminate this encoder glitch.

Find Index Routine Moved Passed the Limit
-----------------------------------------
Periodically, calling the Find Index routine while at a limit switch moved the motor beyond the limit. This behavior has been corrected.

NI 7340 & NI 7330 support
-------------------------
If it is not practical to upgrade your NI-Motion driver to version 6.1.2 or later you must install NI-Motion 5.2.7. This update contains only the changes required to use the updated devices with NI-Motion. To minimize the impact of firmware changes on your application you may wish to stay with the same major firmware version.

Updating Firmware:
==================

Complete the following steps to change the firmware on your device.

1. Launch MAX.
2. Expand Devices and Interfaces.
3. Select the appropriate motion controller.
4. Click the Firmware tab.
5. Right-click the firmware name in the firmware configuration view and select Download All Files.
