This maintenance release provides updates to LabVIEW PDA Module for Pocket PC. It does not affect the LabVIEW PDA Module for Palm OS. Refer to the readme_PDA.html for specific information about added support and requirements.

Anleitungen zur Installation

1. Download the LabVIEW_PDA_801.exe file, and double-click the file to launch it.
2. Click the Unzip button. Once files are extracted successfully, press the OK button and the installer should launch.
3. Follow the installer's prompts until installation is complete.
4. Other National Instruments hardware and software products may also have recommended updates after installing LabVIEW 8.0.1. Refer to this document for affected National Instruments products and what action is necessary to use them with LabVIEW 8.0.1.

The LabVIEW PDA 8.0.1 Maintenance Release will update LabVIEW PDA for Pocket PC from 8.0 to 8.0.1. This maintenance release provides updates to LabVIEW PDA Module for Pocket PC. It does not affect the LabVIEW PDA Module for Palm OS. Refer to the readme_PDA.html for specific information about added support and requirements.

Requirements

• LabVIEW PDA Module for Pocket PC
• LabVIEW 8.0.1 for Windows Maintenance Release.
• Refer to the readme_PDA.html for additional requirements for Windows Mobile 5.0 device support

WARNING: You must mass compile your LabVIEW directory after installing the LabVIEW 8.0.1 Maintenance Release. Failure to do so will result in unexpected program dialog boxes and degraded performance.
