Description

This NI Circuit Design Suite 10.0.1 download updates all Version 10 Professional Editions, this includes:

Multisim Base
Multisim Full
Multisim Power Pro
Multisim MCU Module
Ultiboard Full
Ultiboard Power Pro

NOTE: Based on all the features added to this update this is a complete software installer, therefore the file size is ~270 MB. This installer does not requires you to have a previous version 10 installed, however it will require you to have a valid version 10 serial number to activate it.

Windows Vista Support
NI Circuit Design Suite 10.0.1 adds support for all Windows Vista 32- and 64-bit users.

Localization
NI Circuit Design Suite 10.0.1 is localized for English, German, and Japanese. The language that the software uses by default depends on your system locale settings.

LabVIEW Instruments Support
NI Multisim 10.0.1 supports LabVIEW instruments created in LabVIEW 8.2.x or later only. If you have instruments created with LabVIEW 8.0.x or 8.1.x, you must rebuild them using LabVIEW 8.2.x or later.

Activation Instructions

Use the NI License Manager to activate your software if this is the first time you install Circuit Design Suite in your computer.

An NI Activation Wizard dialog may appear upon starting a Circuit Design Suite product for the first time after upgrading to 10.0.1. To activate the product using a saved activation code, select the desired code and click Next.

Installation Instructions

Download this self-extract executable to your local hard disk
Double-click the file to run the unzip utility, this will start the Setup application once all files have been unzipped
Follow the installer instructions

NOTE: You may need to reboot the computer after setup is complete.

Install Notes

If you have Circuit Design Suite 10.0 installed, you can install Circuit Design Suite 10.0.1 without first uninstalling Circuit Design Suite 10.0.

NOTE: Because Circuit Design Suite installs 10.0.1 over 10.0, you cannot have both Circuit Design Suite 10.0 and 10.0.1 installed simultaneously.

If you do not have Circuit Design Suite 10.0 installed, you can install Circuit Design Suite 10.0.1 without first installing Circuit Design Suite 10.0.

If you have Circuit Design Suite 10.0 installed and you are a Windows Vista user or have a localized (non-English) system we recommend that you first uninstall 10.0 using the Control Panel, and then install 10.0.1.

All Professional (Base, Full, Power Pro) and Academic (Educational, Student) editions of NI circuit Design Suite 10.0 with the following build versions can be updated with this download:

NOTE: You can check the Build Version of your installation if you select Help » About Multisim (or Ultiboard).

After the update is installed your software Build Version will be 10.0.343.
