This patch will update ATML report generation in TestStand 4.0 to the current IEEE specification - 2.0.1

安裝說明

Development System Installation Instructions:
- Run the atml.exe and unzip the file to the directory. Deployed System installation instructions:
Users can do one of the following
- Copy the attached files to the apporiate locations under directory
or
- Users can create installer using the deployment Utility
- Execute the new installer after their main installer has executed using custom commands

Limitations:
- If you repair the system, the TestStand installer may revert to the original unpatched files
