Development System Installation Instructions:
- Copy the attached file to the apporiate locations under directory

Deployed System installation instructions:
Users can do one of the following
- Copy the attached files to the apporiate locations under directory
or
- Users can create installer using the deployment Utility - Execute the new installer after their main installer has executed using custom commands

Limitations:
- If you repair the system, the TestStand installer may revert to the original unpatched files
