Description

Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite 7.0 includes both Sound and Vibration VI libraries for LabVIEW and the Sound and Vibration Assistant. The Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite is not a free software package however users may download and install the Measurement Suite and evaluate it for 30 days free of charge.

You may upgrade the Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite from an earlier version to version 7.0 but installing version 7.0 completely removes the earlier version. If you chose not to purchase the software after the 30 day trial period has ended then you must uninstall version 7.0 and reinstall the original version.

Installation Instructions

Complete the following steps to install the Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite:

  1. Remove any previously installed versions of the Sound and Vibration Toolkit, the Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite, or the Order Analysis Toolkit.
  2. Download "nisvms70_signed.exe" and run the executable.
  3. Restart the computer.
  4. Activate your LabVIEW products using the NI License Manager. You may evaluate the product for 30 days before activation is required.

Install Notes

You must be logged in with administrator privileges to install the Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite. If you installed LabVIEW 8.2.x, 8.5.x, and/or 8.6.x, you can install the Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite simultaneously to any or all of these versions of LabVIEW.
