Since this is purely a source code package, it is independent of the operating system being used and can also be used on systems that do not have an operating system (such as a microcontroller based system). This source code includes DMA capability as well as HS-488 high speed GPIB programming and is highly recommended over chip-level programming. This source code does not include controller side capability. If controller side functionality is required, please refer to the NI-488 DDK source code package.
